CELLA is a professional English educational institution located at the heart of the world, a famous vacation city, and an education center in Cebu.

Established with the official approval of the TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) since 2006, we provide a curriculum that sets us apart from other English language institutions.

There are several speciality English courses available at CELLA, including TESOL, IELTS and Airline Cabin-crew English for aspiring airline cabin crew.

The campus at CELLA was built in 2014 and offers a pleasant environment in which to study. The rooms are attractively designed and there is both a sauna and a gym.
